ITellect worked for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) on a plethora of projects. We supported IT Service Management (ITSM) program management by supporting the Defense Enterprise Service Management Framework (DESMF). ITellect assisted the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) team to fully implement a framework for the development of Service Design Packages (SDP) for DISA Services, and development of Enterprise Service Design (SD) processes.
Our company assisted with the development of strategic and tactical constructs, such as process management models to guide growth and improvement in management DISA Services. ITellect collaborated with other IT Service Management domain process owners and managers in managing and developing performance criteria for all ITSM process interfaces and touch points. We developed and provided oversight to the implementation of Service Design business and functional process requirements.
ITellect worked with the DISA CTO to develop a strategic, high-level plan, including tracking, reporting, and tactical decision (trade-off) points necessary to support restructuring of DISA Policy, Procedures, and Work instructions to align DISA Circulars and Instructions to preferred DISA methodologies and/or frameworks such as ITIL and other industry best practices.
